Specifications

  • Height: 2,100 mm (excluding foundation)
  • Length: 1,000 mm
  • Width: 900 mm
  • Wall thickness: 50 mm thick with steel mesh of 4 x 4 inches with 3 mm diameter
  • Toilet seat & internal plumbing cast in a solid base (400 mm thick) along with monolithic casting to avoid leakage

RCC pre-mix prepared in the factory

Concrete mix is poured in moulds

Moulds are opened and structure is lifted

Structures are transported to the site
