Position: Projects Head

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Qualification: Engineering or other relevant qualification

Salary: Based on experience

Job Location: Handling projects across India. Reporting in Delhi/NCR

Roles and Responsibilities: 

To lead the operations & installation efforts for the company's Sanitation products. 

• Set-up processes & structure, manage the installation teams, ensure end-end installations, payments, reporting. Ownership of end-end multiple projects
• Project planning- deployment & mobilisation of resources
• Reporting & cash-flow management
• Team management- state heads and site engineers
• Ensure QCD- Quality implementation, cost control, delivery on time and proper hand-over to the Government
• Coordination with the factory, head-office, customer (local government bodies)
• Ensure documentation is complete and payments are released 

Skills:

• Minimum 10 years experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction or government projects
• 4-5 years of field experience
• Project management- using Office tools for documentation & reporting
